Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (CGV) govern the sale of the services and licenses offered on easy-catalog.fr and its subdomains by MARGARET, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with a capital of 3 000 €, RCS Nantes 533 607 727, SIRET 533 607 727 00013, APE 7021Z, intra-Community VAT FR86533607727, registered office 36 Ter Avenue du Cache Bonhomme, 44680 Sainte-Pazanne, represented by its manager (gérant) Stéphane Vauxion (“the Publisher”), to any business or consumer customer (“the Customer”). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The easy-catalog.fr tools are online applications for preparing product data for Adobe InDesign and the EasyCatalog plugin (published by 65bit Software Ltd, which is not a party hereto): validation, transformation, transposition, comparison, grouped views and a complete workflow. The Customer's files are processed exclusively in their browser and are never transmitted to the Publisher's servers.

The Assistant (local diagnostic) is free. The demonstration is free and limited to 10 rows of data.

Prices include all taxes (French VAT at the applicable rate). The AI assistant is offered as an option in prepaid credit packs, debited according to the actual usage displayed to the Client. The Publisher may change its prices; current subscriptions keep their price until they expire.

Payment is made online by bank card via a secure payment provider, or by invoice for orders handled directly with the Publisher. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually depending on the plan) and can be cancelled at any time from the Client account or by e-mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro rata (prorata temporis) refund.

A “one-shot” purchase entitles you to process a single file: on the first export, the credit is linked to the file's technical fingerprint (computed in the browser; the file's content is not transmitted). Re-exports of the same file are free for 30 days. Processing a different file requires a new credit.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the consumer Client has a period of 14 days to withdraw. Exception (Art. L221-28, 13°): for digital content and services whose performance begins immediately at the Client's express request (access to the tools, one-shot used, AI credits used), the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal at the time of ordering. For an unused subscription, withdrawal remains possible within the statutory period: contact@easy-catalog.fr.

The “local installation” license (400 € incl. VAT) authorizes installation and use of the tools on the Client's workstations, within the Client's organization only, with no time limit. Updates are included for 1 year from the date of purchase; beyond that, the installed version remains usable. Resale, rental, making available to third parties and redistribution are prohibited.

The Client's files are processed locally in their browser and never pass through the Publisher's servers. When the AI Assistant option is enabled by the Client, only the technical diagnostic and the column names are transmitted to the analysis engine — never the content of the cells. Account data (e-mail, billing history) is processed in accordance with the GDPR; see the legal notice.

The Publisher endeavors to ensure continuous availability of the services, without any obligation of result; interruptions for maintenance may occur. Support is provided by e-mail at contact@easy-catalog.fr.

The tools are aids for data preparation: the Client remains solely responsible for checking their exported files before any use in production, as well as for backing up their source data. The Publisher's liability, on any grounds whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client over the last 12 months. The Publisher is not responsible for the EasyCatalog software, which is published and supported by 65bit Software Ltd.

The tools, their code, their interfaces and their mascots remain the exclusive property of MARGARET. The subscription or license grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. EasyCatalog is a trademark of 65bit Software Ltd, cited for identification purposes.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge (contact details of the appointed mediator provided on request and on this page once appointed). Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
